!! Likely Locations
I think that having five locations will push the budget for the season.
# [Fal Dara]
# [Tar Valon]
# [Caemlyn]
# [Falme]
# The [Waste|Aiel Waste]
[Caemlyn] has been [confirmed by CBR|https://www.cbr.com/wheel-of-time-set-tour-season-2-andor/] for [Season 2]. I don't think we'll see [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] for budgetary reasons plus I haven't read of any word about [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] being in [Season 2].

It's the next big event in the books. I think that having five locations ([Fal Dara], [Tar Valon], [Caemlyn] and [Falme] and something in the [Waste|Aiel Waste]) will push the budget for the season. There has to be a plot reason for them to go to [Falme]. I think it will be similar to the books. While in the books, [Padan Fain|Padan Fain (TV)] was captured and scribbled a message on the wall of his cell in [TGH,Ch6], I think that in the show, [Fain|Padan Fain (TV)] will stop while leaving [Fal Dara] and scribble the same message on a wall: "We will meet again on [Toman Head]. It is never over, [al'Thor|Rand (TV)]." See the Notes section of [TGH,Ch6] for why [Fain|Padan Fain (TV)] chose [Falme].

[Fain|Padan Fain (TV)] will take almost the same path to get there as in the books, however I believe that the [Waygate|Ways] that he used in the books ([TGH,Ch33]) will be moved from [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] to [Caemlyn]. He can't use the [Fal Dara] [Waygate|Ways] because it's been bricked up. So he'll just head directly south, bypassing [Tar Valon] and [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] and on to [Caemlyn]. I don't think we'll see [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] for budgetary reasons. I don't think we'll see much of [Fain|Padan Fain (TV)] again until the end of the season, except for evidence, like a [Fade] nailed to a door, that he's still headed that way.

[Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] and [Egwene|Egwene (TV)] will be dropped off at [Tar Valon] in time to be part of the kidnapping like in [TGH,Ch39]. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] will block herself from any more channeling. We already had a hint of that in [Episode 108] when she couldn't hear the wind anymore.

Last we saw, [Mat|Mat (TV)] was entering [Tar Valon]. He'll be captured by the [Red Ajah] and probably be (mostly?) healed of the dagger by some other [Aes Sedai](s). He'll speak the [Old Tongue] during the healing. Mat will meet Gawyn and Galad and have the quarterstaff fight ([TDR,Ch24]). When [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] and [Egwene|Egwene (TV)] are dropped off, he'll join [Perrin|Perrin (TV)], [Loial|Loial (TV)], [Uno|Uno (TV)] and Ingtar in their chase of the [Horn|Horn of Valere].

How will he join [Perrin|Perrin (TV)], [Loial|Loial (TV)], [Uno|Uno (TV)] and Ingtar in their chase of the [Horn|Horn of Valere]? Will the Hunt for the [Horn|Horn of Valere] lead them to [Tar Valon] so they can pick up [Mat|Mat (TV)] on their way to [Caemlyn]?

[Barthanes Damodred] has been cast, but he only shows up for five chapters in TGH. His manor is outside of [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)], but I haven't read of any word about [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)] being in [Season 2]. Do they move it to outside of [Caemlyn]? The whole reason [Rand|Rand (TV)] goes to the manor is because of Daes Dae'mar and that [Rand|Rand (TV)] gets an invitation because of it. Will the writers leave all of this out and maybe just make him a minor character that visits [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] at [Tifan's Well|Tifans Well]?
