- Jaem accompanies Vandene and Adeleas from Salidar to Ebou Dar. (LoC,Ch44)
- Jaem accompanies Vandene to Ebou Dar. He and Birgitte become buddies when he learns that she is a fellow Warder. (LoC,Ch47)
- Merilille, Vandene, Adeleas, Sareitha, Careane and their Warder accompany Elayne to pay a call on the Kin. (ACoS,Ch31)
- At the Tarasin Palace stableyard, Jaem, Venr Kosaan, Ned Yarman and Tavan guard the rear as the party passes through Aviendha's gateway to the farm. (TPoD,Ch1)
