They do not believe that [Rand|Rand alThor] can detect a woman [channeling|True Source]. They know about [Elaida|Elaida do Avriny aRoihan]'s embassy in [Cairhien|Cairhien (Country)], but they cannot know as much about him as [Merana|Merana Ambrey]'s embassy does.
