An Aiel of the Salt Flat Nakai. The leader of the Aiel Thunder Walkers warrior society. He is siswai'aman.
Physical Description#
He is thick shouldered and gray. (TFoH,Ch41) He has more gray than yellow in his hair, but his face is hard enough for a blacksmith's anvil. He has scars on his cheeks and nose and has icy blue eyes. (LoC,Ch4)
Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#
- Roidan is with other Aiel when Rand approaches the observation tower. (TFoH,Ch41)
- Turol and Roidan let Sulin know that Rand is going after one of the Forsaken, but they hold back that it is Rahvin. (TFoH,Ch53)
- Roidan leads the Thunder Walkers who guard the tent Rand uses for Traveling to the army near Tear. He greets Rand when he and his escort of Maidens arrive. (LoC,Ch4)
