He is a spindly youth with light hair and burns on his hands. (TGS,Ch32)
Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#
- When her messenger is held prisoner by Milisair, Graendal uses Compulsion on Kerb and has him poison the messenger. (TGS,Ch32)
- When Rand puts Milisair in her own prison, Kerb poisons her as well. (TGS,Ch32)
- When Nynaeve, Triben and Lurts break into the prison Kerb tries to flee, but the servants outside hold him. (TGS,Ch32)
- Nynaeve brings Kerb to Rand. Under his direction, Nynaeve removes the Compulsion. When Rand questions him on Graendal's whereabouts, he whispers "Natrin's Barrow" and dies. (TGS,Ch33)
