[Bulen|bulen] suggests they go south at [Berndt Crossroads|../geography/kandor/berndt/index] then east to [South Mettler|../geography/kandor/mettler/index], a much better road, but [Lan|al'Lan Mandragoran] declines. They pass an inn and three men from the inn follow. [Lan|al'Lan Mandragoran] is prepared for bandits but they see two of them wearing ''[hadori|../items/hadori]''.
