Almoth Plain is located on the west coast of the Westlands between Arad Doman and Tarabon. The nation of Almoth once occupied this territory. There is currently no formal government and there are no large towns or cities. Arad Doman and Tarabon have fought over ownership of Almoth Plain for the last four hundred years.

    6. TDR,Ch3 - Leya reports to Moiraine that Almoth Plain is in chaos. Five thousand Whitecloaks are trying to run off the Taraboners and Domani. Curiously, the Whitecloaks are not routing the thousands of Dragonsworn.

    10. CoT,Prologue - The Seanchan have moved back into Almoth Plain and Rodel Ituralde means to stop them. There are also Aiel on Almoth Plain.
    11. KoD,Prologue - After attacking dozens of Seanchan outposts in Tarabon, Rodel Ituralde heads back to Almoth Plain where he has laid a trap for pursuers.
    12. ToM,Ch47 - Centuries ago Almoth Plain was the home of Banath savages.
