• Anvaere approaches Rand at a noble’s party in Cairhien, warning him against accepting Lady Dhulaine’s dinner invitation due to hidden motives. Anvaere observes Rand and deduces he’s staying in the Foregate, commenting on the nobles’ celebration while the poor starve, and reveals the Queen’s true motive for the Hunt for the Horn — to lure refugees away from the Foregate after the Aiel War.
