He is a [Hunters of the Horn|Horn of Valere] who arrived about the same time as the [Whitecloaks|Children of the Light]. At this point [Faile|Zarine Bashere] says she has had enough and tells [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] that he needs to accept his families' death and grieve. He breaks down and sobs in her arms.
