An Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah who teaches history in the White Tower. She stays with the White Tower. She is Shienaran.

Physical Description#

She has sharp, blue eyes and her dark hair is liberally streaked with gray. She wears her hair in a silver net and a deep brown silk skirt. (KoD,Ch24)

Chronology (Possible Spoilers)#

  • Bennae Nalsad lectures Egwene on history. Egwene is woefully ignorant in many areas but she shocks Bennae with information on the secret histories in the thirteenth depository. (KoD,Ch24)
  • Bennae summons Egwene for another lesson. It turns out to be a discussion on how to deal with unjust punishment and Egwene gives her sound advice. (TGS,Ch12)
