The last King of Manetheren. Son of Caar and grandson of Thorin. His wife was Queen Eldrene.

- After many successful battles against the Shadow he is finally killed when his forces are overwhelmed by Trollocs and Dreadlords at the site of present day Emond's Field. (TEotW,Ch9)
