The [novices] are milling around the [Hall|Sitters] pavilion and [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] wonders where [Tiana|Tiana Noselle] is. She finds [Sheriam|Sheriam Bayanar] who tells her the news; [Elaida|Elaida do Avriny aRoihan] has [Traveling|Weaves#t]. [Ashmanaille], who is addressing the [Hall|Sitters], went to [Kandor] to collect tribute and was told someone from the [White Tower] was there the previous day. A scribe saw the gateway and a woman matching [Nesita]'s description. [Romanda|Romanda Cassin] and [Moria|Moria Karentanis] are dubious. Recognizing the danger, [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] sends a message in haste to [Bryne|Gareth Bryne]'s camp to watch their flanks. She wonders if [Egwene|Egwene alVere] or [Leane|Leane Sharif] was broken, then realizes it was probably [Beonin|Beonin Marinye]. It is most important that the [Seanchan|Seanchan (People)] do not learn it. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] feels some guilt at the state of the [White Tower] as she could have done more to hold the [Ajahs|Aes Sedai] together. [Sharina|Sharina Melloy] comes up. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] thinks it would be wonderful if there were more like her and fewer like [Romanda|Romanda Cassin] and [Lelaine|Lelaine Akashi]. [Sharina|Sharina Melloy] confides that [Ashmanaille|ashmanaille] spoke to [Lelaine|Lelaine Akashi] first and [Lelaine|Lelaine Akashi] then let it be known widely. If she could cause panic then she might be able to take control. The siege is now useless. [Sharina|Sharina Melloy] is helping [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] as she knows [Lelaine|Lelaine Akashi] or [Romanda|Romanda Cassin] would end the practice of older [novices] were they in control. [Siuan|Siuan Sanche] says she will make sure [Egwene|Egwene alVere] knows of her loyalty.
