* Lan comes up and asks if he can join [Liandrin|Liandrin (TV)] and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)].  [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] tells Lan that [Liandrin|Liandrin (TV)] is a snake. She asks Lan if the [White Tower] is full of women like that, to which Lan replies that she'll have a chance to find out. He reminds her that [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and he promised to help find their friends when they got to the [White Tower]. Lan leaves, but as he's walking away, he invites her to the [Warder]'s fire, as long as she doesn't shove anyone into it. ([Episode 104])
* Lan, [Stepin|Stepin (TV)], [Ihvon|Ihvon (TV)], [Maksim|Maksim (TV)] and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] are sitting around a campfire. Eventually, he says he's feeling tired and leaves the fire. ([Episode 104])
* Lan enters [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)]'s tent, where she is sitting on the bed. Lan, remarking on [Logain|Logain (TV)], says that he's at least ten years too old. She thinks that the [Dark One|ShaiTan] doesn't know who the Dragon Reborn is either, which bothers Lan. She holds Lan's hand and he remarks that she always gets emotional after he drinks. ([Episode 104])
* At the [Aes Sedai] camp, Lan is wandering away from camp and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] decides to follow him. ([Episode 104])
* Lan explains to [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] that he just finished a [Malkieri|Malkier] ritual: seven times for the seven towers of [Malkier]. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] kneels down, kisses her hand and then touches her hand to the ground and says a prayer in the [Old Tongue]. Lan translates it for her. ([Episode 104])
* During the battle with [Logain|Logain (TV)]'s army, [Stepin|Stepin (TV)], Lan and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] head towards the cave. ([Episode 104])
* [Logain|Logain (TV)] turns [Stepin|Stepin (TV)]'s axes into shrapnel and hurls them back at everyone. Everyone except [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] is hurt or dying. Lan is bleeding badly from a neck injury. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] runs over and kneels by him. She yells "No!" and [Heals|Weaves] everyone who was injured. The healing generates a blazing ball of light visible to everyone. ([Episode 104])
* Lan places the [King of Ghealdan|King of Ghealdan (TV)] in a grave, along with his helmet. ([Episode 105])

! Tar Valon

* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and [Lan|Lan (TV)] talk about what it's like to be back at the [White Tower].  [Lan|Lan (TV)] tells her that [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] is worried about [Stepin|Stepin (TV)]. ([Episode 105])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)], Lan and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] enter the [Warder]' quarters in the [White Tower]. ([Episode 105])
* Lan walks into the room with [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] and other [Warder]. Lan mentions that [Alanna|Alanna (TV)] is willing to bond him, but [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] replies that Lan should wait until something similar happens to him before giving advice. ([Episode 105])
* Lan enters [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)]'s room where [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] is sitting in a chair. He kneels next to her and puts his arm atop her arm. They both stare at each other in silent conversation. ([Episode 105])
* Lan tells about the [Forsaken] selling their souls to the [Dark One|ShaiTan] for eternal life, and that the last [Dragon|Lews Therin Telamon (TV)] sealed them away. Lan tells [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] that he'll stay with him until morning. ([Episode 105])
* [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] pours Lan a cup of tea. [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] and Lan are discussing whether or not [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] will accept  [Alanna|Alanna (TV)]'s offer of bonding. They move on to talking about [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)]. Lan wakes up in the morning with the tea cup still in his hand, empty. [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] is not in the room. Lan sees the empty envelope that [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] gave [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] and then sees that a dagger is missing from a display. He races out of the room to find [Stepin|Stepin (TV)]. He finds [Stepin|Stepin (TV)] in a hallway, dead from a self-inflicted stab wound using the missing dagger. ([Episode 105])
* The lead [Warder] calls on Lan to lay his hand on [Stepin|Stepin (TV)]'s body and to relieve all the [Warder] of their grief. Lan kneels down and places his left hand on [Stepin|Stepin (TV)]'s body. The [Warder] start to pound their right hands on their chests. Lan looks at [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and then starts to pound his chest with his right hand. Lan, and Lan alone, starts yelling in grief. ([Episode 105])
* Lan and [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] leave for the inn. [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] asks Lan how bad [Mat|Mat (TV)] is, and he responds that [Mat|Mat (TV)] is worse than expected. They are escorted to the room by the innkeeper, [Basel Gill|Basel Gill (TV)]. ([Episode 106])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and Lan enter [Rand|Rand (TV)] and [Mat|Mat (TV)]'s room. [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] starts towards [Mat|Mat (TV)] and [Rand|Rand (TV)] draws his sword, which causes Lan to get between the two. Lan disarms [Rand|Rand (TV)] shortly thereafter. Lan and [Rand|Rand (TV)] hold [Mat|Mat (TV)] down as [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] [channels|One Power]. The dagger finally drops to the ground and Lan covers it with cloth, then picks it up. * It's sunset, and [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] is in front of a mirror in her room, preparing herself, when Lan enters. He states that she has masked their bond, which prevents him from properly protecting her. She bids him goodnight and he tells her that he'll guard her door until she returns. ([Episode 106])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and Lan are walking through the [Tower|White Tower], talking about [Rand|Rand (TV)] and [Mat|Mat (TV)], when [Liandrin|Liandrin (TV)] intercepts them. ([Episode 106])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and Lan meet with [Loial|Loial (TV)] in the [Tower|White Tower]. ([Episode 106])

* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] is standing in an open area high inside the [Tower|White Tower]. Lan comes out and tells her it's time (to see the [Amyrlin|Aes Sedai]) and that he'll go with her inside the Hall. She declines, asking him instead to make sure "they are there." ([Episode 106])
* Lan and the others, except for [Mat|Mat (TV)], go through the [Waygate|Ways]. ([Episode 106])

! The Ways and Fal Dara

* In the [Ways], [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] and Lan discuss the consequences of the Dragon Reborn being [Mat|Mat (TV)]. ([Episode 107])
* Lan tells [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] that something is following them in the [Ways]. ([Episode 107])
* All are asleep, except for Lan. After the [Trolloc] is dealt with he says now they know how the [Trollocs] got to the [Two Rivers]. He says that they won't make it to their intended [Waygate|Ways] and asks [Loial|Loial (TV)] how far it is to the [Fal Dara] one. ([Episode 107])
* [Machin Shin] tells Lan: You can't protect her. You'll watch her die. ([Episode 107])
* Lan grabs [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] and gets her out of the [Ways]. ([Episode 107])
* [Lord Yakota|Yakota (TV)] greets Lan as "Dai Shan" and welcomes them on behalf of Lord [Agelmar|Agelmar (TV)]. [Uno|Uno (TV)] personally greets Lan. They walk to the throne room. Lord [Agelmar|Agelmar (TV)] greets Lan. ([Episode 107])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] worries that she's taken too much from Lan. He assures her that she has given him something to live and die for, which he did not have before. ([Episode 107])
* Lan makes his way through [Fal Dara]. He senses that [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] is following him. He continues until he gets to a door and knocks on it. He enters and exchanges warm greetings with a family. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] moves closer so that she can see in through the windows. Lan and the family settle down for dinner. He senses that [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] is still outside, so he leaves around back and sneaks up behind her, surprising her. He invited her inside to join him and she accepts. ([Episode 107])
* After dinner, Lan and [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] walk back together to his door. After a long silence, he bids her goodnight and goes into his room. About a minute later [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] opens his door and enters. She asks him if he wants her to go and he kisses her in response. They then share an intimate moment. ([Episode 107])
* Lan explains "Dai Shan" to [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)]. ([Episode 107])
* Lan knocks on [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)]'s door. [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] opens it and he comes in. He tells everyone that [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] has masked their bond. ([Episode 107])
* [Nynaeve|Nynaeve (TV)] tells Lan that after the attack on the [Two Rivers], it was [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] that she tracked and not him. She tells him that [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] has a "tell" and that she's willing to teach him the tell if he brings [Rand|Rand (TV)] back. He tells her that "I will hate the man you choose, because he is not me. And I will love him, if he makes you smile. You are as beautiful as the sunrise. You are as fierce as a warrior. You are a lioness, Wisdom." ([Episode 108])
* Lan is wending his way through the [Blight], following [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)], when he spies the remains of the Seven Towers of [Malkier]. He pauses for a moment and then continues. ([Episode 108])
* Lan at the [Eye|Eye of the World] arrives and asks her where [Rand|Rand (TV)] is and she tells him he's gone. Lan asks her to unmask the bond, but she tells him she can't because she can't touch the [Source|True Source]. ([Episode 108])
* [Moiraine|Moiraine (TV)] shows Lan the chunk of [cuendillar]. He thought that nothing, not even the [One Power] could break it. She says it means that this was not the Last Battle, but probably just the first. ([Episode 108])
