[Rand|Rand alThor] and [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] have a fight about the treatment of the captured [Aes Sedai].[1] A scattering of nobles including [Dobraine|Dobraine Taborwin] witness the fight. [Rand|Rand alThor] tells [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] that he never wants to see him again and to get out of [Cairhien|Cairhien (City)]. [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] packs his bags and gets ready to leave. He runs into [Loial] and [Karldin|Karldin Manfor]. They are going to visit the %%ot [stedding|Steddings]%%[2] and [Loial] urges [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] and [Faile|Zarine Bashere] to join them. [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] declines. 

[Perrin|Perrin Aybara] leaves the city and meets [Faile|Zarine Bashere], [Aram], [Bain], [Chiad], [Sulin] and a dozen more [Maidens|Maidens of the Spear].[3] Also [Selande|Selande Darengil], [Camaille|camaille_nolaisen], one other woman and three men are along. They are all part of [Selande|Selande Darengil]'s "society".[4] Just a bit beyond are the [Two Rivers] men, another dozen [Maidens|Maidens of the Spear], [Gaul], [Jur Grady], [Fager Neald], six [Wise Ones|Aiel],[5] including [Edarra] and two [Aes Sedai], [Seonid Traighan], a [Green Ajah] sister, and [Masuri Sokawa], a [Brown Ajah] sister. [Grady|Jur Grady] or [Neald|Fager Neald] creates a gateway for [Traveling|Weaves]. Everyone goes through, with [Dannil|../../characters/d/dannil] leading the [Two Rivers] men.[6] Two dozen [Cairhienin|Cairhien (Country)] and [Tairens|Tear (Country)] come through also.[7] [Grady|Jur Grady] tells [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] that he has a wife named [Sora|sora_grady]. 

Some of the [Asha'man] have begun [bonding|../main/true_source/index] their wives. An [Asha'man] named [Canler|canler] figured out how and taught the others. [Taim|Mazrim Taim] was angry about them figuring out things on their own. [Seonid|Seonid Traighan] and [Masuri|Masuri Sokawa] come through with their three [Warders].[8] Many carts and spare horses come through. [Berelain|Berelain sur Paendrag] then comes through with [Nurelle|Havien Nurelle], [Bertain Gallenne|../characters/b/bertain] and more than nine hundred [Winged Guards|Mayene].[9] [Perrin|Perrin Aybara] tells everyone that they are now in [Ghealdan] and that they are there to 1) convince Queen [Alliandre|Alliandre Maritha Kigarin] that they are not there to invade and 2) bring back [Masema|Masema Dagar] and his followers to [Rand|Rand alThor].
